ODM, with a mould fee charged per design.
Q5. How long will it need for completing an order?
A: For small orders or in-stock products, preparation and delivery take under 3 days, with shipping
times varying from 7 days to 1 month based on client preference. For large orders, including material
preparation and production, it takes 5–21 working days depending on quantity, plus 1–3 days for
testing and 1 day for packing, so 7–25 days total, excluding shipping.
Q6. As long term clients, what other service we can get?
A: Long-term customers get new products with orders to evaluate market fit and resell in their area,
cheaper prices for smaller orders, and support with promotional images featuring their logo.
Q7. How long is warranty for the cable, and if defective or faulty, how to protection your benifits?
A: Our cables come with a 12–36-month warranty. For large orders, we include 0.3%–0.5% extra units
as backups for defects. If you receive more than 5 faulty units (under 0.1%), contact our sales team with
images, and we’ll resolve it by replacing them in a new order or issuing a refund.

A: Absolutely, sample orders are accepted, with certain samples provided free, aside from freight charges.
